Endurance Challenge
Welcome to the Endurance Challenge, a competition like no other. With three intense challenges, this event brings together one contestant from every country in a test of strength, grit, and determination.
Challenge #1: Planking
The first round of the challenge is planking.
Contestants will line up in front of their webcams, broadcasting their efforts to the world. The aim is simple: hold the plank position for as long as possible.
As the minutes tick by, only the most resilient competitors will remain. The last one standing, or rather, planking, will be awarded 10 points.
The second and third-place finishers will receive 9 and 8 points, respectively, with the point allocation decreasing for each subsequent position.
Challenge #2: Banana Pose
Round two introduces the banana pose, a yoga-inspired challenge demanding both flexibility and endurance. The banana pose requires contestants to lie on their backs and lift their legs and arms off the ground, forming a curved shape resembling a banana.
Again, contestants will compete simultaneously via webcam, holding the pose for as long as they can. The scoring system remains the same, adding another layer of tension as competitors fight for the top spots.
Challenge #3: Side Pose
The third and final round is the side pose. Using only one arm and one leg, contestants must hold themselves up in a side plank position.
This round tests balance and core strength, pushing contestants to their limits. The intensity of the competition is heightened as this is the last chance for contestants to earn points and secure their place in the overall standings.
After three grueling rounds, the top three winners are determined by the total points accumulated. These individuals will have demonstrated exceptional endurance and tenacity, earning not just points but the admiration of viewers worldwide.
